Cooper Software is pleased to announce that it has recently undertaken a project to certify the operations of the business to ISO9001:2015.  This latest version of the internationally recognised standard places a greater responsibility on the organisation to ensure that the Quality Management System is aligned to the strategic direction of the business and takes into account the needs of customers, partners and employees.

The organisation has been accredited to ISO9001 for ten years prior to now and recently chose to revise its Quality Management System for accreditation by BSI, a widely recognised and well-respected certification body.

Frank Cooper, Executive Chairman of Cooper Software commented “Our commitment to maintaining ISO9001 certification demonstrates the focus on our customers which runs throughout our business.  The selection of BSI as our certification body places us on a par with many blue-chip organisations and assures customers that our operational processes are consistent and well controlled.”

Cooper Software has well-established partner relationships with both IFS and NetSuite and this certification builds upon their status as a leading partner in their chosen markets.  Accreditation in this way illustrates that Cooper Software is capable of working with a wide variety of businesses, including those in market sectors with stringent operating practices which demand high levels of control from their supply base.
