Cooper Software and IFS are delighted to lend their support to the Scottish Whisky Awards, co-sponsoring the 12 Year Old Malt award in the highly prestigious ‘Taste’ category.

The decision to sponsor the awards coincides with Cooper Software working closely with IFS, to develop and implement a single overarching, fully integrated solution that delivers greater operational efficiency to companies within the whisky industry. Gordon & MacPhail are currently transitioning to this revolutionary platform to enjoy the benefits of increased visibility, streamlined processes and greater operational efficiency.

Now in its third year, the Scottish Whisky Awards cover both taste and business performance and aim to recognise and reward the people and teams who work to deliver Scotland’s greatest global product. 53 companies and 167 scotch whisky products have progressed to the finals after being assessed by the panel of 42 expert judges drawn from across the sector, bringing together industry experience and market knowledge to celebrate the greatest achievements in the production of Scotch Whisky.

Frank Cooper, Executive Chairman of Cooper Software commented: “We are delighted to extend our support once again to the Scottish Whisky Awards and are thrilled that they are able to put on an in-person event this year. We look forward to attending the dinner to celebrate the fantastic achievements of some of the finest producers of Scotch Whisky.”

The Scottish Whisky Award winners will be announced during a St Andrew’s Day black-tie on Tuesday 30th November, taking place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Glasgow Central. Tickets for the event are available here.
