Cooper Software is delighted to announce that the company has been selected as the winner of the 'IFS Spirit Award' at the 2021 IFS Partner of the Year Awards.
Held in conjunction with the IFS Partner Network Summit, the IFS Partner of the Year Awards is a global initiative designed to commend partners for their continued commitment to excellence within the global IFS partner ecosystem. The awards celebrate outstanding partner achievements across nine categories and provide a platform to recognise partners’ dedication to the IFS Partner Program, commitment to excellence in the service(s) delivered to mutual customers, and expertise in leveraging innovation to extend the capabilities of IFS’s solution.
A merit-based award, the IFS Spirit Award recognised our significant commitment to a “One IFS” mentality, working hand in hand with IFS to create opportunities, deliver successful projects, delight customers and extend market awareness of IFS solutions.
Frank Cooper, Executive Chairman of Cooper Software commented: “We are thrilled to have been awarded the IFS Spirit Award. As a trusted IFS Partner of over 10 years, we have invested heavily in our partnership to not only ensure that we are delivering the best service to our customers, but also by supporting IFS through aligning our business with their strategic approach. Working together with IFS we have opened new market opportunities both in the UK and abroad and supported international sales particularly in the DACH and Benelux regions. We are committed to growing our IFS team to ensure we can continue to deliver on our partnership and to support our existing and future customer base.”
Merlin Knott, Global Head of Partners & Channels at IFS celebrated the perseverance and commitment to innovation and excellence demonstrated by all IFS partners over the past year. He commented: “I am proud of and grateful to all our partners for their agility in adapting to the current business climate. The last year has been a difficult one for many businesses, whether they have dealing with intense periods of supply chain disruption, talent and skills shortages, or transforming their operations to become more sustainable, all have faced challenges. What is clear from the entries we saw this year and the winners chosen is that some businesses see challenges as opportunities, not obstacles, and have worked hard to overcome them and deliver for their customers at the Moment of Service™.”
