Cooper Software expands to Cover DACH region under extended Channel Partner agreement with IFS

Cooper Software has signed an extended partnership and channel agreement with IFS, the global enterprise applications company, to strengthen their ability to sell and deliver IFS solutions to customers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

The agreements come on the heels of Cooper Software reaching Gold Channel Partner status within the IFS Partner Program, and follows recent collaboration with a number of local IFS partners in Germany, successfully supporting them to deliver a wide range of customer projects. Working together has allowed those partners to add value to their customer base by tapping into Cooper Software’s extensive consulting expertise as well as affording them the opportunity to take advantage of their tools and products which have been developed exclusively for IFS users, such as the electronic data interchange product, TRAX and warehouse logistics solution, ACQUIRE.

Becoming a certified IFS Channel Partner within the same territory means that as well as supporting local partners to offer a deeper, value-added service to their customers, Cooper Software can themselves focus on selling, implementing, and supporting the solution throughout the region.

To further strengthen their presence in the region, Neil Campbell Cooper Software’s European Regional Manager who is based in Germany and is a fluent German speaker in addition to having extensive experience of the regional marketplace, will work closely with local IFS partners to raise awareness of Cooper Software’s offering, with the ultimate aim of helping those partners to increase their capability in serving the local market, as well as focusing on selling IFS to new customers.

The recent projects Cooper Software has supported, on which more details will be shared once the projects are fully complete, have largely focused on the manufacturing and logistics sectors. When these projects are considered alongside Cooper Software’s extensive capability within the areas of oil and gas, construction and renewables, as well as their deep knowledge and experience of IFS, customers within the DACH region can be confident they have access to more delivery options.
