Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions ("Terms") below apply where they are incorporated into a Letter of Engagement signed by Cooper Software Ltd and the client. The version that applies is the one stated in the Letter of Engagement.
You should print a copy of these Terms for future reference.
Our Hosting Terms apply where a Letter of Engagement includes Hosting Services. Under them, we provision, operate, monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure for your IFS environments on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Microsoft Azure, including backups, security patching and, where agreed, database administration.
The Hosting Terms supplement our Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services. They cover service levels, backup and recovery, security, data location, the hosting term and renewal, and exit arrangements.

Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so as your processor under the Data Processing Addendum set out in Schedule Part 1 of our Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services.
You give us a general written authorisation to use the subprocessors listed on our Subprocessors page: https://www.coopersoftware.com/subprocessors
We will update that page at least 30 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor. During that period you may object on reasonable data protection grounds, as set out in paragraph 5.1 of the Data Processing Addendum.
