RWG goes live with IFS Cloud supported by Cooper Software

RWG Germany, an international provider of high precision technical products and services for the aviation industry, has successfully upgraded to IFS Cloud, with Cooper Software responsible for delivering the upgrade project and IFS providing hosting. Following this successful transition, RWG has now also selected Cooper Software to provide managed support for its IFS enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

RWG recognised the need to upgrade from IFS Applications 8 to IFS Cloud to provide the business with improved functionality. The upgrade has enabled RWG to significantly reduce the number of customisations due to the out of the box, industry specific functionality within IFS Cloud.

Having also signed a contract for Managed Support services, Cooper Software’s team of IFS certified practitioners will provide RWG with customer support, ensuring the resolution of end-user issues, comprehensive knowledge sharing, training, and collaboration with the RWG team.
